Pilates

Focuses on increasing flexibility, improving balance, developing core strength, learning proper breathing techniques and purposeful movement, and overall improvement of muscle tone.
We will use methods of Traditional Mat Pilates as well as incorporate stability ball, mini ball, resistance bands and tubing, and free weights to give you a thorough total body workout.
